History of ARKrights
ARKrights was founded in 2005 by Mandeep Gill.
Mandeep has a unique mix of legal experience, and is quite possibly one of a
handful of lawyers who can claim to have worked for International Institutions
such as the European Commission in Brussels. Mandeep has worked at Magic Circle
Firms in the City of London undertaking competition law and EU law work, while
also holding experience at niche litigation practices, undertaking high value
litigation claims. Mandeep is able to combine this practical experience with
undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in law, International law and EU law.
It is this unique footprint of the best legal experience and the highest
standards of professionalism, which is instilled within ARKrights. Our
commitment to acting in a client’s best interests is seen as an unwritten but
fundamental part of all solicitor client relationships within the firm.
Since ARKrights’ birth in Watford in 2005, the firm has developed from strength
to strength, and has most recently firmly established its foothold in Central
Watford, with a view to serving the people of Watford, Hertfordshire and the
neighbouring home counties.
Our areas of specialism span the areas of employment law, family law, and civil
and commercial litigation; we seek to excel in these areas. These are all areas
in which the speed of change in the law has developed and is continuing to
develop at a great pace. This is a period of change in which ARKrights prides
itself at being on top of at all times.
In the provision of its service, ARKrights prides itself on its state of the art
computerized time recording system, ensuring transparency, accuracy and
efficiency in its conduct of matters. ARKrights also prides itself on the first
rate internet, library and other administrative resources at its disposal; all
of which are procured and used with a view to being able to provide the best
