Meet the ARKrights team
Mandeep Gill
Mandeep is the Principal of ARKrights. He has over 10 years experience as a Solicitor. Mandeep can advise on most
areas of law, but retains a particular interest in Employment law, especially with
its current European Union law bias. Mandeep has worked at the European Commission
in Brussels, and at leading firms in the City of London.
From his vast array of
personal and professional experience, he hopes he has been able to distill all his
positive experiences, and instill those very same principles in the staff, workings
and ethos of ARKrights.
Dawn Casterton
Dawn is ARKrights’ retained consultant for all
family law disputes. Dawn has in
excess of 15 years experience dealing exclusively with all aspects of family law.
Dawn is also an accredited member of the Children Panel, and is a specialist in
Care work. Dawn’s particular area of interest is in Ancillary Relief proceedings.
Sandip Grewal
Sandip is ARKrights’ family law supervisor and although has experience in a wide
range of family matters, deals predominantly with children matters and care proceedings
cases. Sandip is known for her straight talking approach, efficiency and attention
to detail.
Shelly Ali
Shelly joined ARKright in 2009 to bolster and further develop ARKrights’ family
law department, and has done just that. Shelly is a qualified solicitor and has
advised and can advise on the full range of family law issues. Shelly is an extremely
determined, resourceful yet empathetic solicitor.
Lucy Fox
Lucy is our new recruit to the housing team dealing with all areas of housing law.
Dagmara Cyprys
Dagmara joined our family team in 2011 and specializes in divorce matters and
also assists the family team with all family
matters.
Matthew Lee
Matthew joined ARKrights subsequent to completing his BVC. He is a keen advocate
and tenacious litigator.
Harpreet Sihra
Harpreet joined ARKrights housing team in 2011 and since then has gained a
wide breadth
of experience in housing, immigration and family law.
Zunera Mir
Zunera
joined ARKrights in early 2011 and helps to further expand and develop ARKrights
family law team.
Krishna Gill
Krishna Gill may be described as the financial whizz whose emphasis on efficiency
and swift response, help transform ARKrights from a firm with traditional values
into a firm with traditional values and a modern business approach.
Krishna is a qualified management accountant, and has held senior financial
positions in many of the UK’s largest PLCs.
Philippa Walker
Philippa is quite literally the epitome of all things efficient. Philippa’s initial
role, when she started in 2008, was ARKrights’ receptionist. Having gained increased
knowledge and developed within the firm, she now resides as ARKrights’ assistant
practice manager.
Syed Abedin
Syed is our retained billing administrator. He assists Krishna Gill with the efficient
running of the business side of the Firm.
Lucy Wallwork
Lucy resides on reception at ARKrights dealing with initial client enquiries and
assisting the administration team.
Tyler Cox
Tyler joined ARKrights in 2011 and provides administration and general office support
for ARKrights. Tyler also assists reception and deals with new and existing client
enquiries.
