Meet the ARKrights team

Mandeep Gill

Mr Mandeep Singh Gill is the Principal Solicitor at ARKrights. Mandeep has over 15 years litigation experience and has enjoyed seeing the growth and development of ARKrights, as a niche litigation Firm, over recent years. Mandeep is also the appointed COLP for ARKrights.


Mandeep is a tenacious litigator and has the benefit of past experience at some of London’s magic circle firms, combined with the invaluable experience of having worked in the UK’s Government Legal Service and the European Commission’s Legal Departments in  Brussels.


Mandeep can ably advise on most areas of law but has a particular interest in Employment law, an interest which is re-inforced by its European Union law bias.


Mandeep’s other practice areas are personal injury litigation, housing law and general commercial and civil litigation.


Mandeep has experience of having dealt with many cases to High Court level and beyond; and is currently enjoying working on complex litigation matters in the High Court, Court of Appeal and matters of wider public importance in the Supreme Court.


Lucy Fox

Lucy Fox, solicitor and authorised litigator has been with ARKrights since late 2011. Lucy is a talented and committed housing lawyer and civil litigation specialist. Lucy is deeply committed to fighting her client’s corner and has the accolade of having had the benefit of working on many reported cases.

Just some of the reported cases on which Lucy Fox has worked are : Alexander David v London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham [2009] EWCA Civ 258; DeWinter Heald & Ors –v- City of Westminister [2009] EWCA Civ 930; Boreh –v- London Borough of Ealing [2008] EWCA Civ 1176,  Lucy is also currently working alongside Mandeep Gill, on the case of Dacorum BC v Michael Sims [2013] EWCA Civ 12; and on Nicholas v SSFD – both cases which raises novel issues of law, and housing human rights law.


Mayuri Sartchndra

Mayuri Sarthchandra, Solicitor and authorised litigator and has been with ARKrights since the summer of 2013. Mayuri currently heads the family law department at ARKrights. Mayuri is a specialist family lawyer and has a particular interest in ancillary releif matters(divorce related financial disputes) and in urgent (non molestation)injunction applications. Mayuri is an accredited member of Resolution and an accredited member of the Family Law Panel.

Shelly Ali

Shelly joined ARKrights in 2009 to bolster and further develop ARKrights’ family law department, and has done just that. Shelly is a qualified solicitor and has advised and can advise on the full range of family law issues. Shelly is an extremely determined, resourceful yet empathetic Solicitor.

Sian Webb


Sian is an Assistant Solicitor at ARKrights Solicitors having completed her training contract with ARKrights. Sian also has the benefit of many previous years experience of family law at a local Hertfordshire firm, prior to joining ARKrights. Sian currently works on all areas in family law (divorce, finance disputes, private children law disputes and local authority initiated care proceedings). Sian is a personable, fantastically organised, gifted individual and relishes the opportunity to assist alll of her clients. 


Mark Swann


Mark is a specialist housing lawyer and authorised litigator who complements ARKrights' housing law department. Mark has a wealth of experience gained from his many previous years experience of housing law and practice gained whilst working at Shelter.


Mark is able to act for both landlords and tenants.


Adrian Smith


Adrian is an authorised litigator and works in ARKrights housing and employment law departments. Adrian is a passionate litigator who has joined ARKrights in late 2015 to assist in growing ARKrights housing and employment law departments.


Adrian is able to act for both landlords and tenants and similarly for both employers and employees.


Derek Bernardi


Derek is ARKrights current trainee solicitor working in ARKrights litigation departments and dealing with the full range of housing, civil litigation and personal injury litigation matters.


Imran Sarfraz


Imran is a paralegal working in ARKrights housing and family litigation departments and assists alll fee earners in the conduct of their litigation matters.

Krishna Gill

Krishna manages and runs the business side of ARKrights.  Krishna has previous experience in working in the finance departments of many of the UK’s leading blue chip companies, reporting to Financial Directors and has experience of regularly managing teams of 30 or more employees. Krishna has overseen the growth and development of ARKrights in recent years, and has been instrumental in establishing ARKrights presence, as a leading provider of specialist services in the Hertfordshire area. Krishna is also the appointed COFA for ARKrights.

Greta Kisieliute

Greta works as the administrative and practice management support system to Krishna Gill and to the solicitors at ARKrights. Greta is an integral cog in the ARKrights administrative machinery.

Syed Abedin

Syed is our retained billing administrator. He assists Krishna Gill with the efficient running of the business side of the Firm.

Michael Churchill

Michael is ARKrights deeply enthusiastic costs draftsman and assists Syed Abedin and Krishna Gill in ensuring the smooth running of the business side of the Firm.

Anjalee Ranawake

Anjalee is the most junior recruit to the ARKrights family and assists both the administration and billing teams at ARKrights.
